Thank you for choosing L1ndalash for your lash experience. I am committed to providing each client with exceptional service in a calm, elevated environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you review my booking policy: Appointment Reservations- Appointments are reserved specifically for you. As I do not require deposits at the time of booking, I rely on your courtesy and commitment to your scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling- I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which will be added to your next appointment. Missed Appointments- Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals- To maintain the quality of each service, I ask that you arrive on time. Arrivals exceeding 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
